We have put together the following document to address issues regarding Links Golf Course with the intention of removing falsehoods and misinformation that you may have acquired from unreliable sources.  The document details the following points:

  1. The first email Phyllis sent back on March 6, 2013 regarding Mr. Lowman coming to the HOA meeting on March 12, 2013 to talk to the residents
  2. A follow up email summary of that meeting including a copy of his thank you letter to Phyllis
  3. April 22, 2019 notice posted to the clubhouse
  4. The article published in the June 19, 2019 Suncoast News
  5. Mr. Lowman’s “Proposal to reopen The Links Golf Course” dated July 1, 2019
  6. Six (6) pages of his cost estimates to reopen the course
